The State of Art new Office building of the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee built in an area of 10000sqft, was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr. Nitish Kumar on 8th September, 2023, The new building inherits its architectural expression from the Shikhar style of Mahabodhi Temple. The unobstructed view of the Mahabodhi Temple is visible from the entrance of the building. There is a 2000 sq. ft. open well-shaped courtyard within the building which is used as Prayer Hall and has a capacity of accommodating 100 people, 30 ft. high glass wall in front gives a clear view of the Mahabodhi Temple with a glass roof from which the sky is clearly visible.

The two storied, centrally air-conditioned building has a Library, Meeting Hall, Administrative Office, Record Room, Strong Room, Offering Room and Monks' rooms.
