The Rajayatna Tree, also known as the Tree of Royalty, is a significant location within the Mahabodhi Temple complex in Bodh Gaya, India. This sacred tree marked the spot where the Buddha spent the seventh week after His Enlightenment. The Rajayatna Tree site holds great spiritual significance as it is associated with the moment when the Buddha received His first two disciples, marking the beginning of the Buddhist community, or Sangha.
